Being a private investment company, GNL benefits from a long-term investment horizon, mitigating the distractions and pressures of stock market volatility and exit deadlines.

GNL is involved in several mining projects across Latin America, South-East Asia and Africa.

We tend to invest in projects post-discovery all the way to production phase. 

On special situations, we may consider investing during advanced exploration phases, as well distressed assets/companies.  We look for projects with capacity to operate profitably throughout commodity cycles.

Although we may sometimes acquire a minority position with adequate Board representation, we prefer majority interests and a close working relationship with Executive Management. 

We are considered ideal investors as we focus on sustainable long-term resource development and apart from financing  exploration & development programmes, we provide engineering and geological expertise with know-how and experience, as well as a vertically integrated commercialisation strategy.

We are principally interested in post-discovery Gold mines and Gold processing plants.

Royalty and stream financing is also available for the right projects with the right management team.

Additionally, we are also interested in special situations involving Nickel, Zinc, Cobalt, Lithium and Potash assets.
